Copolymer of Maleic Acid and Acrylic Acid employed as water treatment chemical in China was first synthesized by Prof. Li shouchun. It is another new research fruit after Polyacrylic Acid and Polymaleic Acid has been developed. Especially it is an important change of orientation from homopolymers to copolymers in order to discover more and more water treatment compounds.

Application ----Scale inhibitor and Dispersing agent 

• Alkaline scale inhibitor for industrial circulating cooling water system of petrochemical industry, power plant and metallurgical industry ;

• Alkaline scale and non alkaline scale inhibitor for desalinization of sea water, internal treatment of steam boiler, railway engine, oil-field water including oil-well connate brine or injection fluid co-exists with oil in primary and secondary recovery of oil well.
