From the above data, we can see that:
    (1) The fresh water which can be used by mankind only 0.0091%;
    (2) Even the volume of glacier is very large ,but can't be used;
   (3) The extraction of groundwater needs energy ,in local place may be caused subsidence of city foundation;
     (4) Seawater occupied more than 97% of total resource ,but can't be used and its desalinization needs energy.

    Because of the demand of human life and of production only fresh water ,along with population growth and industry development, the requirement of fresh water will be increased. Especially the cost economical technology of sea water desalinization and of glacier utilization didn't existed yet. Therefore, the shortage of water is still the problem remained to be solved.

2. The way for to mitigate the deficiency of water resource.


    In generally, the shortage of water can be divided into two sides:
          Deficiency of Natural Water Resource.
              ------To economize on water is the best way.
          The lack of good quality water .
              ------To raise people's environment protection sense ,to strengthen environment protection regulation ,to reduce and to stop the man-made pollution of water resource are the correct way.

3. To spread Industrial circulating Cooling Water Technology, to enlarge the production and the supply of Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals.

    Cooling water is the biggest consumer of industrial water. In petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, etc. cooling water requirement near 80-90%.
    As we know ,only one petrochemical plant, the required amount

of cooling water are 100,000 tons/hour .
    When Circulating Cooling Water has been used. The required amount of above plant will be reduced to ten thousands cubic metres per hours --10,000 tons/hour. That means 90% of fresh water will be saved.
    When all big plants, oil-field, mine, middle and small plant can utilize circulating cooling water, it will be a big economization of Nature Water Resource .
    In order to spread industrial circulating cooling water technology, the production and the supply of cooling water treatment chemicals have to be en-larged.

4 . Publicize and spread Marcomers to substitute sodium tripolyphosphate in detergent. Reduce the pollution of water resource and mitigate the deficiency of qualified water.


    Sodium tripolyphosphates are the source of the eutrophuication of water. More than twenty three states have limited the use of sodium tripoly phosphate in detergents and more than eight other states are considering such moves.
    In China , in some area such as Tai-hu Lake, Xi-Hu lake, Tian-Chi lake, Cao-Hu Lake , polyphosphate content also has been regulated by law. It is expected that  it will be spreaded to all of China in a few years.
    Therefore, to remove the pollution source of sodium tripolyphosphate, Marcomer series compounds are the best choice.
