£¨A) Requirement of Ecotop and Environment Protection Policy
In order to reduce the Eutrophication of Water-Resource, more than twenty three states have limited the use of sodium tripolyphosphate in detergents, and more than eight other states are considering such moves. In Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy polyphosphate content of detergent is regulated by law. In China in some area, such as: Wuxi, Hangzhou, Kunming, Xishuangbanna, polyphosphate content also has been regulated by law.
Therefore, Marcomer-the substitut of sodium tripolyphosphate is arisen at the historic moment.
