SUPERIORITIES OF ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DETERGENT 


(A) Requirement of Ecotope and Environment Protection Policy 

    In order to reduce the Eutrophication of Water-Resource, more than twenty three states have limited the use of sodium tripolyphosphate in detergents, and more than eight other stats are considering such moves.
    In Europe, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, the polyphosphate content of detergent is regulated by law. In China, in some area such as Wuxi, Hangzhou, Kunming, Xishuanbanna, polyphosphate content also has been regulated by law. The influence,the claim of the environment protection shall be spread to all of China, it will be expected.

    In order to meet the state environment protection policy, detergent manufactures have to change their direction to the Environment Friendly Detergent.
    The estimate of the consumption quantities of Environment Friendly Detergent in the future years is as follows:

 From the list we can see that only in the four area, the demand of the Environment friendly detergent will be 120,000 Tons/Year in the next few years.

(C)Superior Performance 

    The quality inspection results of Environment Friendly Detergent confirm its performance.
    In 1999,3,1-5, a series of samples had been strictly examined by Changzhou Municipal Product Quality Supervision Center. A part of test result are as following:

 
    Annotation: In all samples there is not any polyphosphate.

 The above list shows that the quality, the Primary Detergency of Environment Friendly Detergent samples have exceeded the standard Model more than ten percent.
    Primary Detergency is defined as the whitening effect, bleaching effect and soil-and fat-removing effect of the detergent after one washing cycle. It is the quality index of the conventional detergent built with polyphosphate.
    But, for the Secondary Detergency, most of them can't be possessed by the conventional detergent. That just the specialty of  Environment Friendly Detergent;
    Anti-redeposition of soil on fabric ;
    Reduced up gray scale of textile ;
    Prevention of incrustation of fibers ;
    To promote the ion exchange function of zeolite ;
    To prolong the useful life of washing machine.
